Creating smart and simple controls

CNF has wide ranging experience in process control and automation design. We understand the underlying process control requirements of every loop and can implement smart control strategies such as reducing aeration power requirements in dissolved oxygen control.

As your process control and automation expert, we:

  • Create smart, simple and highly effective systems.
  • Are highly experienced in creating challenging process control loops such as attempuration of high temperature/pressure steam, high speed load balance control in power networks, and long lag time control in chemical dosing systems.
  • Undertake:
    • Control system functional specification;
    • Control system hardware and software specification;
    • Instrument selection;
    • SCADA/HMI interface;
    • Application software for PLCs and Distributed Control System (DCS);
    • Simulation software for testing PLC programs.
