Creating safe machines in manufacturing plant

Donaldson Filters machine safety

Donaldson Filters

Wyong, NSW

About The Project

Donaldson Filters is a leading manufacturer of air filtration equipment and systems with a significant facility in Wyong, NSW. Donaldson’s Safety Committee had undertaken an internal risk assessment of its plant and identified several high-risk areas that needed to be addressed. Donaldson wanted a machine safety specialist to audit the facility and provide adequate and practical solutions to ensure it conformed with AS4024.1

CNF was engaged as machine safety specialists to:

  • Inspect the installation and come up with solutions to the high-risk areas.
  • Provide a program of priority works to improve machine safety in the facility and, over time, attain AS4024.1 compliance.
